Laser ranging technology has been very popular,At first,the laser range finder was applied to the military.With the development of laser ranging technology,it has been gradually applied in the fields of Aeronautics and Astronautics,satellite remote sensing,building survey and automotive radar.Especially in recent years,the improvement of the level of integrated circuit design,as well as the improvement of production technology,has brought new opportunities and challenges to the electronic information industry.The traditional laser ranging system using analog circuit,the analog signal interference in bad weather ability,heated air,haze,rain and snow will weaken the signal and the analog signal distortion,prone to mutation effect under high frequency signal interference,especially in low visibility weather,in effect through the air in all kinds of uncertain factors,directly lead to signal is not detected,and the detected object.In recent years,the development of integrated circuit and digital signal processing theory has led to the development of the laser ranging system towards the digital circuit,the digital laser ranging system has appeared,and the volume is relatively small.However,the power consumption,volume and precision of laser ranging system can not be taken into account,And in recent years,the development of small laser range finder is expensive,ordinary users can not afford,Therefore,it is necessary to develop a small distance measuring machine.The purpose of this paper is to design the hardware circuit of pulse laser range finder,and in the hardware circuit programming algorithm,the specific work as follows:First of all,the principle of phase range of in-depth study,the influence of the measuring range and the precision to make the theory calculation,so that the pulse range for reference,followed by the principle of pulse ranging and commonly used methods on how to improve the range and accuracy to a theoretical basis,calculation method is given.Secondly,after analyzing the principle and influential factors of the signal,the pulse laser ranging and multi pulse processing algorithm is deduced and simulated in Matlab,and the method of multi pulse ranging is improved by optimization,multi frame and multi pulse data to improve the measurement range and distance measuring accuracy.Finally,the principle diagram design and PCB design of the laser ranging signal processing circuit,selection of low voltage power supply,low power consumption,small chip,ensure the laser ranging system miniaturization,low power consumption,low power consumption to further reduce the power consumption of the circuit design,selection of high speed A/D conversion chip,high performance DSP processor to improve the sampling accuracy and speed of operation then,multi frame and multi pulse laser ranging algorithm in hardware platform programming,increase the range,improve the ranging accuracy. |
