Study On Construction Project Management System Of Intelligent Building Of CCCC Second Harbor Engineering

With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of people’s life, simple service building has been difficult to meet the needs of people living and office space. Now people have higher requirements for their living and working environment and facilities. The establishment of intelligent service building system is not only the need for the living environment, but also for the need of working conditions. But the system construction is often a huge project with a long time and complex content and it has many requirements for time, quality and cost. So how to provide users a safe, efficient, comfortable and convenient environment which is suitable for office and living and reduce building operating costs and improve the level of intelligent operation management as much as possible is currently a problem that a lot of enterprises need to consider.In this paper, theory of project management was applied to the implementation process of the study on construction project management system of intelligent building of CCCC Second Harbor Engineering. Time plan has been made for the service building intelligent systems engineering project. Three aspects of how to manage and control the service building intelligent systems engineering project including schedule control, cost control and quality control have been discussed after the establishment of the progress plan, which provided certain theory and practical guidance for the success of the whole project. The researches on service building intelligent systems engineering project are as follows:Firstly, we tried to understand and grasp the management process and mode of the project management through reading a lot of literatures. And the main method of the project was analyzed based on the actual situation of building intelligent system of construction project.Secondly, the work breakdown structure, activity duration and single-code network diagram have been done to make the time plan and find the critical path for service building intelligent systems engineering project.Thirdly, we analyzed project management process from schedule control, cost control and quality control and got the methods and control measures of project management.
