The production of prestressed beam is the key links of bridge construction. Traditional prestressed tensioning construction technology of precision measuring equipment is not enough, great error in the manual operation, weak synchronization, a Dutch didn’t have enough time, and many other defects. In this paper, according to the actual problem, response to the highway construction of informatization, the requirements of fine management, relying on a highway project under construction, application of modern computer communication and sensor technology development and design a set of Bridges prestressed tensioning of fine construction monitoring and control system. The system can collect real-time monitoring of the tension and steel strand elongation, automatic precise control tension stress and tension in the process of synchronization, symmetry, and can automatically generate reports and upload to share to real-time information management platform, convenient for management personnel at all levels in a timely manner to master precast beam and prestressed bridge construction quality, to achieve "real-time monitoring, intelligent control, fine management" effect, has very important engineering practical significance.1.The prestressed tensioning construction technology and technical specification are studied, adopts the modular design thinking, design of prestressed tensioning construction including host, the controller, remote information management platform of prestressed tensioning of fine construction monitoring and control system.2.Tensioning of prestressed tensioning construction and field controller has carried on the design and development. Tensioning host part mainly on the central processing module, sensor module and actuators for hardware and software design.Field controller is mainly for the central processor, wireless data transmission module, the GPRS wireless communication module, memory module hardware design.3.Using B/S architecture design and development the prestressed tensioning remote information management system, the remote information management system of module design, database design, software interface design in detail. Research achievements of this paper in terms of prestressed tensioning construction and supervision, effectively overcome the shortcoming of traditional construction craft, make up for the shortcomings of manual operation, in the process of prestressed construction quality problems of the supervision and management, improve the construction quality and management level of the tensioning process.
