In recent years, aerial vehicles are widely used in urban infrastructure and some equipments’ maintenance, safe and reliable running can ensure the progress and quality of the project. However, Sometimes the complicated work environment cause the device to malfunction, equipment’s wide flowability and dispersion of the distribution of equipment lead to the equipment management becoming difficult. Therefore, the aerial vehicle monitoring system have been putted forward, among them, the on-site monitoring system is mainly used to detect the operational status of equipment, it will alarm once the abnormal parameters are found, then manual intervention to achieve human-machine coordination. The remote monitoring system in addition to surveil aerial vehicle system within a cluster, it can also perform remote management, coordinate the use and deployment of vehicles to improve the efficiency.Firstly, according to the analysis of the system, the overall system architecture has been designed, the system is divided into on-site monitoring systems and remote monitoring systems. On-site monitoring system, using autonomous PAC controllers to obtain machine data as well as a variety of running state values from the aerial vehicles, and save the data to the site server,then site monitoring center can complete the detection of the major real-time data. Each aerial vehicles job site data transmit over the Internet to a remote monitoring server, enabling the management of aerial vehicles by remote system. Then create a model of a spider-type aerial vehicle model as a work vehicle virtual synchronization module demo, then put three-dimensional model into kinematics simulation software, and get movement operations’ data, export the data in a tabular format, and then take it as a virtual demonstration system test data. Then for on-site monitoring system, the overall function of PAC controller were summarized and the external characteristics of PAC has been described, then design the controller I/O board overall, designed I/O board isolated power supply, power conversion,optocoupler input/output modules such as module. Finally, to achieve the design and implementation of the monitoring system software. It describes the on-site monitoring and remote monitoring software’s main function, and selects real-time data and historical data from on-site monitoring system, remote monitoring system user information management module were explained highlight. It has been designed for real-time data of the database, the program data structure and the configuration of the client software and the use of processes, to complete the user information management module of user information management and the set of permissions, and to achieve the design and implementation of software page.
