Low-voltage production system is a kind of complex productive process, and itsbackward technology situation is difficult to meet the demand of the booming market. Thepaper relies on shanghai science and technology commission to major science researchproject mechanical electrical integration low voltage circuit breaker intelligent testmechanism. The research background of the paper is the production status of low voltageapparatus using on vehicke and low voltage apparatus production line for upgrading. Thusthe paper introduces fieldbus technology, OPC communication technology, distributedcontrol technology and testing technology for the integration of low-voltage automationproduction system, improving the existing manual testing method, in order to adapt toexperience growing vehicles processing line automation reconstruction market. Thispaper’s mainly work and innovation points are present as follows:(1) This paper applies fieldbus technology, and based on the structure andcharacteristics of production line, designs of low voltage circuit line, including bus-controlnetwork topology of two layers. This structure realizes the efficient separation of bothefficient transmission to improve the stability and real-time of the system.(2) This paper designs the unified dispatching OPC based automation and controlsystem for low voltage. In order to resolve the communication problem between varioussub--systems provided by different manufacturers for fuse automation monitoring system,and the chain between each working procedure, the communication between the industrialpersonal computers are implemented.(3) Adopting PLC as the controller of automation production control system. Thecontrol system is the core part of the automation production line. to realize the automation of the whole system, this paper using its powerful numerical computing and dataprocessing functions, writes PLC program to achieve specific production test process.Through the operation commissioning, it confirmed this paper’s PLC control programaccurately and efficiently.(4) This paper designs complex production control algorithm based on the distributedcontrol and establishes production control system. In view of this system high controlrequirements and production system’s complexity, it designs hierarchical control strategiesthat is suitable for the production system and shows its control algorithm which meets theneeds of production and achieves automation production control purpose.In addition, the application of the servo current feedback in the long time delaysystem, protects the torque sensor which is easily damaged by external force. Screwstepping motors and magnetic gates of cooperate make orientation to be more precise.The production system has entered the production commissioning stage, runningstablely and good. Compared with the original manual mode, the system saves the humanresources and improves production efficiency. At present, the automatic production systemand the control strategy of system have good market prospect and application value.
