China vehicle market is very huge amount, the commercial vehicle oml/rupies approximate one fifth, and mostly they are Chinese Domestic Brand. But comparing with passenger vehicle$s so many new products on market every year, the commercial vehicle companies really operate very slowly, even without the gene of advanced development procedure. It is a fortunately chance that JL company has a project of new generation light truck, BN car$s developing. This study is to design and verify the Climate Control System for this BN car, the key work is to solve the 3 disadvantages of their current product, KY car.It starts the work from the bench marking for KY and I7 car, and then define the system level target, casecade the design work from system level to function components level. And with the system bench help, the system integration work is done, and the high discharge temperature issue is deeply studied with some backup solutions. Meanwhile, it is compared with QCT method of system bench performance test. Finally, the Climate Wind Tunnel test shows very good performance result, the system performance and target is verified.During this study work, it is almost a classic vehicle original design procedure. And some key issues are deeply studied and solved. It is really a suml/ressful Climate Control System developing case. And the BN vehicle was finally sold in market at 2013, and benefits the profit and honor for JL company.
