Antiaircraft missile command and control system as a weapon system combat core, its main functions are realized by the software. With the development of modern war, air raid is increasingly complex, the combat capability of defense weapons multi-objective requirements are also increasing, the command and control system requirements are also getting higher and higher. In addition to the command and control system software to meet the growing variety of tactical combat model, process, data exchange or other functions, but also to ensure the system in the state of saturation attack high reliable safe operation, this is about the success or failure of the entire air defense combat. Command and control system as a high real-time system, to receive a great deal of data in limited hardware resources and complete a variety of tasks solution; at the same time to provide accurate, fast combat information but also for command personnel, must have the good man-machine interface. The comprehensive implementation of these functions, puts higher requirements for the command and control system software design, design development must adopt a set of system design methods of software reliability, at the same time in the design process to control software quality assurance products using the method considering.In this paper, the command and control system of the whole software development process, engineering analysis, the overall framework design of operational model of software design and development process quality assurance study several aspects discussed respectively for the system requirements, fully draw on the current military software development of advanced technology and ideas, and strive to carry on the thorough analysis to the key and difficult system software design of the control command, and give a more classical integral design method. This method is based on the domestic present an advanced air defense missile weapon command and control system software design process and summarized from. This type of weapon equipment has been widely equipped for military system, the actual use proof function in the system of command and control system software is stable, reliable operation, good exchange interaction.In this paper, we will discuss:1) study on the function of performance analysis of missile command and control system needs to achieve, introduces the design process and the general idea of command and control system. Thus proposed the command and control system is proposed on the design of the software requirements.2) discussed design method of command and control system software in detail, the software model design, architecture and software interface were introduced in detail.3) major combined with practical experience introduces the command and control system software design engineering realization process and corresponding quality assurance measures.
