Today, the rapid development of China’s aviation industry, China has gradually entered the ranks of most important aviation countries. Currently, a sharp increase in the number of aircraft and flights, we urgently need scientific and rational manner to improve and upgrade the basic works, aircraft maintenance work is one of the basic works. To ensure the safety of each flight, the aircraft check work is essential work before every takeoff. Traditional repair and check works are needed by maintenance personnel or engineer holding paper work orders in the field of maintenance operations. Paper work orders easy restricted by outfield working conditions, such as rain, wind and so on. While using a lot of paper work orders will result in to environmental pressure.In order to solve the difficulties to use paper work orders, electronic work card application project was proposed. Through digital signatures, mobile technologies, the project both to well adapt the outfield working environment, and the requirements of the law and regulations of the work card.Modeling of Electronic Engineering card uses a structured XML document technology, the system also integrated in the ECM Documentum content management platform for effective controlling of electronic work card. The independently developed document management system TDMS, flight control systems are both WEB-based system, which take advantage of ECM Documentum standard WEB API to collaborate the underlying data and system application layer.In the system on the server side, the system introduce third-party digital signature server for TDMS document management systems and mobile client application calls the digital signature service. The system take fully advantage of RESTFul API interface design, making clear communication between various servers, and enhance the scalability.The electronic work card application is based on the Native APP platform of mobile application for line maintenance. By designing HTML5-based electronic work card application presents work card content, design customized applications operating procedures to match actual business needs.Finally, by e-card paper work we can on the one hand to optimize maintenance personnel or engineers working in the field, improve maintenance efficiency, reduce maintenance costs and reduce environmental pressures, on the other hand it is possible to record signing time, working during time in the system, provide an objective basis for the subsequent data management to enhance the management, and also provide an information support for the lean management improvement in the big date time。...
