Electricity has a tremendous impact on human life,people’s daily life and work are dependent on electricity,once the power cut will affect people’s lives and work.In order to meet the growing demand for electricity,the power company has built a large number of power stations.At the same time,in order to ensure the stability of power supply,the electric power company has set up a patrol department,which is responsible for the patrol of power plant equipment and the processing of work orders for failures.But the patrol Department of electric power company has been using paper-based method to deal with the patrol of equipment.The efficiency is very low.In order to change the status quo,improve efficiency,equipment patrol.Part decision is introduced into mobile job application.This thesis describes the construction process of mobile job application from four parts: requirement analysis,outline design,detailed design to code construction.Mobile job application consists of two parts: mobile end and server end.The mobile end is confronted with the maintenance staff whose main tasks focus on cruising the system and fix the devices based on the maintenance schedule.And then they need to upload the results to the server end consistently and efficiently.The server end is confronted with people who will make the decisions about the maintenance schedules and check the results from the mobile end.And they will response to any results effectively and immediately.Meanwhile,this thesis gifts the server end more functions that would be the database sources for the smart grid and digital system which needs more data to evaluate its operation status and health state and therefore can help people how to adjust the system operation modes properly.Technically,The mobile end uses HTML5 technology to design the interface to meet the application requirements of IOS and Android end.At the same time,the communication between mobile end and server end is realized by RESTful technology.The server end is developed based on J2 EE platform and MYSQL database is used to store data.The server is composed of job plan management,work order management and safety management modules.The mobile terminal composes of equipment patrol,equipment detection,fault work order processing and safety management modules.In the requirement scheme,the design work is completed.Firstly,the technical framework is determined and the modules are divided.Secondly,the process of each function is defined by the flow chart.Then,through related technologies,we completed the code compilation of mobile job application and integrated it.Finally,the test is applied to solve the problems in the testing process.At present,the application of mobile operation has been put on line,which can effectively improve the efficiency and work level.
