| With the on-going development of electronic technology and its applications,electronic devices on the satellite platform have been requested to be integrated and generalized, this hence formed into a concept of electronic system. Satellite integrated electronic system is featured with function of data-management, measurement & control,orbit attitude control, power supply & distribution, and heat control, etc. This paper defines the functions and components of a satellite integrated electronic system, through analyzing on the demand from the satellite platform and its load. It defines the protocols for all the interfaces of the system by utilizing data-transmission bus standard including 1553 B,Spacewire and RS422, etc. It also designs the flow for energy, flow for remote-control and remote-measurement signals, based upon the working principle of energy management,remote-control management, remote-measurement management and heat management. The design on ensuring the reliability and safety is also involved in this paper. The purpose of applying this electronic system is to realize the functional integration and equipment simplification without sacrificing on reliability and safety.By testing the finished integrated electronic system prototype on the test bench, the data of multiple electronic tests, environment simulation tests, and compatibility test of different systems has been analyzed. It showed a promising result on the overall performance and can be applied to the satellite. So far it has been applied into the real satellite. The operation it performed during the test was highly acknowledged by a group of experts, for its stabile performance. |
