Electrical Control System Development Of Air Preheater Heat Transfer Element Production Line

Air preheater heat transfer element production line is the key equipment of the power plant boiler production. The production line mainly processes the steel plate rolling, shearing, collecting technics. Because the domestic manufacture of heat transfer element production line is still in the initial stage, so the development of independent intellectual property rights, reliable operation, cost-effective heat transfer element production line is of great significance.The paper is based on a practical project. On the basis of understanding the process control requirements and analyzing the key production processes of the heat transfer element production line, the production line adopts PLC control system, and uses the fieldbus PROFIBUS-DP communication. The main contents of as follows:(1) The hardware and network design of the production line control system. Through the research on the servo drive synchronization, frequency converter vector control and field bus control technology, completed the major electrical components selection, hardware configuration and network configuration of the control system, and designs the overall scheme of the control system.(2) The software design of the production line control system. Based on STEP 7, S7-PLCSIM, Wincc flexible and other software platform, the PLC control program, touch screen program of production line are completed designed and developed.(3) The circuit design of the production line control system. Through AutoCAD drawing software, completed the circuit design of control cabinet and PLC.After commissioning and acceptance of equipment, the operation shows that the design of the heat transfer element production line not only meets with the technical control requirements of process, improves product quality, but also greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, makes the company acquire the optimal economic benefits with the lowest cost.
