Design And Implementation Of The Central Heating SCADA System

The development level of the Central Heating has been known as the sign of weighting the city’s modernization, and the Central Heating control system management level management of the city Central Heating plays a important role in the development of the city Central Heating.According to the central heating industry at the present stage of China’s present situation, proposed the "network dynamic balance control method", namely the heat in the "heat" unit time according to heating area average distribution of heat source to control the heat users, and through the SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) of central heating, the whole network users reached room temperature thermal dynamic balance.This paper solves the city central heating monitoring system of three key technical problems. The first point, the design of local decentralized PLC control system, the two level thermal station unmanned purpose, reduce the cost of human management. Second points, using optical fiber, ADSL and GPRS and other means of communication, build virtual local area VPN network, realize decentralized PLC control system to the central monitoring system of SCADA data and instruction can transmit the real-time, security, reliable, the heating system control goal. Third points, the "heat source heating heating station----" the original system respectively, independent control method, designed for the central monitoring center of the heating network monitoring, implementation of this network centralized regulation objective, and to ensure the thermal station site can achieve decentralized control method, basically solved the final heat users industry parts of existing heat is not uniform, the heating pipe heating system maladjustment problem, the basic realization of relative to the optimal utilization of energy, to achieve a relatively optimal heating effect.By adopting the method of centralized heating, automatic control system design and implementation, bound for central heating industry related areas of China to reduce energy consumption, reduce waste gas, waste generated by the heating system, so as to improve the local environment and to improve the uniformity of heating, the heating effect, bring new development for the local heating industry.
