Research On Innovation Design Of City Small Clean Cars And Auxiliary Equipment

With the development of society and the accelerating process of urbanisation, the number of urban population is increasing day and day. In the city, there are a lot of garbage throw into the streets of the city everyday, how to clear the streets of the city has become a concerned focus problem. Clean the city streets can creat a good image of the city, improve the city’s comprehensive competitveness, contribute to the prosperity of the city, more important is to clean the city streets can give people a comfortable living environment, and to future generations to leave a clean beautiful home.With the progressing of science, and mechanization is playing a more important role in the city cleaning work. So the research of clean car is very necessary. In this paper, research the domestic and international clean car development history and current situation, combined with the status of the city cleaning work, select the small city clean cars as a blank of the domestic market for innovative design.Based on the theoretical research of easy to use and ergonomics, as well as the in-depth research of three aspects of cleaner, clean objects, operating personnel, found and summarize the problem in the road cleaning works, and based on the in-depth analysis of these problems, puts forward the solution and the design scheme, and use the theory of the ease of use and ergonomics in the design.The results of this study has a certain reference value to the small clean cars development, abundant the clean car market, improve the city environment, reduce the sanitation workers’ working pressure, enhance the city clean work efficiency.
