Steering system is a position servo system with high precision.Compared with traditional steering system,electric steering gear is much easier to implement the advanced control scheme with good performance,easy maintenance,high reliability and other advantages,which has become the future of guided artillery servo.According to the requirements of trajectory correction projectile in structure and characteristics of the flight control,this paper designed the structure of new-style steering initially which is suitable for this type of ammunition and the control scheme with the brushless dc motor as power components and the C8051F41 X MCU chip as the core.At first,this paper designed structural model of electric steering gear with dual channel duck.Through the load analysis,the type of brushless electric machine was determined.Then,the permanent magnet brushless dc motor was introduced,including its structure and working principle.Based on the mathematic model of brushless dc motor and servo system,this paper established the simulation model of Matlab/Simulink platform for steering gear,which used three closed loop control strategy with PID algorithm to design the controller and built its dynamics model in Recurdyn platform,and then combined with the Matlab,the simulation of steering gear in machinery – control was done.Finally,this paper completed the design of hardware circuit and software.
