The vehicle driving cycle is used to describe a type of vehicle driving road network in the specified speed under a time course, also known as auto driving cycle. Because of the different driving condition and road and traffic conditions are different, if the indicator by the vehicle acceleration, driving cycles can be used to accelerate, decelerate, the idle speed and uniform proportion of performance. Secondly, the important significance of working conditions of the vehicle is capable of running on the road. Finally, standard cycle conditions of pure electric vehicles and the actual cycle design on the basis of the difference is larger, so the actual performance of pure electric vehicle design and performance can be vary greatly, so the vehicle real driving vehicle parameters on pure electric vehicle selection is a guiding role.The high-tech zones are operating bus routes made corresponding investigation, uses a Race-Technology to get the main parameter so fits entire round-trip route of high-tech zone bus routes recorded, such as the real-time speed, acceleration, deceleration idling parameters. Finally using principal component analysis method and clustering analysis method in the software SPSS to divide the sites into different operating characteristics of motion interval represents categories, then construction of representative vehicle driving cycle.According to the established diving cycle to select the main reducer, reducer ratio on dynamic parameter by different structures of single motor, dual motor under the battery, motor parameters. Establish the corresponding vehicle simulation model by using simulation software AVL-CRUISE, under the established diving cycle to compare the traditional BYD-K9 pure electric vehicle and the design model. Through the analysis of the simulation results, the design of single motor layout structure of electric can consume with the same double motor, mainly due to the efficiency of the motor is caused by the dual motor layout of the structure of the vehicle motor efficiency is the product of the two motor efficiency, single motor only consider the efficiency of an electric machine, and single motor model curb mass greater than double motor model curb mass, and single and double motor model simulation results and BYD-K9 dynamic performance biased, but in terms of economy, single and double motor in the construction cycle significantly energy consumption lower than BYD-K9.
