Abstract/Summary:
For the city road, intersection is the distributing center of all kinds of traffic flow,it is the key to the road traffic, especially the plane intersection that accounted for a relatively large city intersection is important for city road. In recent years, the urban road traffic is present a sharp growth with the increase of car ownership, so plane road intersection design can not meet the demand of traffic. Only a handful of plane intersection is doing the corresponding optimization design according to actual traffic conditions and improving the operation efficiency of the intersection in a certain extent. However, most of the design of plane intersection is too simple, traffic facilities are not perfect, and the actual situation and the status quo of traffic is not matching, seriously affected the traffic capacity of intersection.Therefore, the optimized researches on urban road plane intersection have the urgent practical significance.This paper adopted the method of comprehensive literature data collection and data analysis combination of qualitative and quantitative model building combined with case analysis and other technical means, in accordance with the logical structure of basic theory,main content and case analysis to construct the thesis framework.First of all, to analysis the characteristics of traffic flow of intersection in all kinds of traffic. Classify introduced the no signal intersection and signal intersection and the annular intersection of motor vehicle running characteristics of non.motor vehicles and pedestrians,analyzed all kinds of intersection traffic conflict include non.motor vehicles motor vehicles and pedestrians, it provided the theory support for the optimization design.Then, based on the principle of separation of traffic flow from the space, to comply with the safe and convenient and conform to the principle of specification, etc. The lanes are summarized respectively Highly channelizing method commonly used motor vehicle lanes and non.motor vehicle lanes and pedestrians crossing the street. Through the evaluation of simulation parameters, Verified it is scientific and practical for canalization and timing design.Finally, to summarizes the main research conclusions of this paper and can be further research problems, and improve the intersection design in future through the relevant research and case analysis.
