It is of realistic significance to explore the model of vehicle load fitting with our traffic situation,especially in the field of bridge designing,reliablity assessing and decision of maintenance. Traditional static model is not the suitable analog to the vehicle load of the long-span bridge gradually,as this type of bridge spread widely now. Hence,it is urgent to have a kinematic model now in the bridge engineering.Cellular Automata model(CA) can simulate the kinematic traffic flow wonderfully. Therefore how to applying the CA to the simulation of the traffic load is the main prat of this paper. In order to dealing the problem,we have made efforts in the following aspect.To begin with,we conclude that integrate the vehicle load and the CA is feasable basing the existed achivement. To the next we pointed defects of the existed achivement. We found that only solved several key problem can we combined the vehicle load with the CA perfectly. For the sake of realizing the goal,we have done some work including modifying the cell length and boundary condition in the CA,deducing new formulas for the vehicle when altering their state and so on. Above all,proposing a new method of load is most important. Because this measure make it possible for us to applying the CA to calculate the effect by using the influence line. Also we can control the accuracy of the effect. After a serials transformation of the traditional CA model,we tested our new program. The results have showed that our new program is a better analog of transportation and vehicle load.At last,we have demonstrated two instances:applying the new program to the simply supported beam and a cable-stayed bridge. In the first distance,we calculated the effect of bridges of standard spans when under a month actual vehicle flow.By the way,we compare the actual effect with the effect induced by tow specification:JTG D60-2004 and JTG B01-2014. Bisides,we verified our program by comparing the solution calculated by our program with static model. In the later distance,we analyzed the distinction the effect of some cable and crucial sections produced by actual vehicle load and standard load respectively. These analysis can offer some refferences to the optimization of the design of cable-stayed bridge.
