In recent years, intercity transport is a trend of diversification, comprehensive passenger transport channel traffic modes in the competition has been launched in a deeper level, intercity transportation structure is no longer single,The inter-city passenger travel choice behavior directly affect the passenger flow distribution of transport corridor,At the same time it is also related to the result of the passenger flow sensitivity analysis,So the intercity passenger travel is characterized by the planning and construction premise and necessary conditions of a specific transport system.The intercity rail transit as a kind of high efficiency, environmental protection, safety, convenient transportation mode of transportation, promote the city development of integration, combining with the related data of Hangzhou to Shaoxing intercity rail traffic project preliminary investigation,put forward the sensitivity analysis method based on intercity passenger travel behavior.This paper analyzes the current research intercity passenger travel behavior, this study presented the background, significance and main contents, System analyzes passenger flow sensitivity theory, procedures and models, summarized on intercity passenger travel behavior sensitivity analysis model.Secondly, this paper focuses on the research of intercity travel behavior,definite intercity passenger travel,the travel process and available intercity passenger transportation options, analyze intercity passenger travel demand, and psychology. Summarizing the characteristics of intercity travel,on this basis, propose the factors of intercity passenger travel mode choice, The factors are divided into the passenger’s own factors and transportation factors, using a utility function to quantify the impact of transport factor, according to a balanced distribution of traffic assignment model, then using variational inequality model structure sensitivity analysis, calculating the sensitivity factors of change value.Finally taking the Hang Shao intercity rail transit project as an example,carry on the travel choice of different income of intercity passenger from Hangzhou to Shaoxing, then using the sensitivity analysis of model,select fares, the running time factor for computing, getting the relationship between fares running time and passenger flow changes.
