Urban form, transport structures, social and economic development, is recognized as the impact of urban transport energy consumption, and produce the corresponding urban environmental impact of the three main factors. These three issues are also at the same time influence on each other. And this is how the role of three factors affecting the traffic generated by energy consumption and travel the environmental impact, which is trying to determine the answer to this article.In this paper, the concept of micro-simulation of urban commuting trips to simulate this process. The full text of the theoretical basis that the city is a complex adaptive system, and transportation systems as part of its subsystems, also has a large and complex mechanisms. Different from the previous method for modeling of urban transportation system macro level in four phases, the paper introduces the idea of multi-agent system modeling, will travel each individual body model as input, roads, land as a fixed body, giving them property so that the whole city microscopic simulation model consisting of the main cities who interact together, due to the introduction of the property, the body has the ability to self-determination, according to the level of research questions, planning the necessary decision-making rules, observed in different urban form, people commuter traffic travel activity is what will consume much energy, how much environmental impact.At the micro simulation model of urban form through abstraction, giving each body of decision rules, based on multi-agent modeling KISS principle(Keep it simple, stupid), with simple rules is a complex system to produce complex, but the outcome of the law, learn about evolutionary mechanisms of complex adaptive systems.Text in determining the structure of the model, and discusses the operating rules of each subject, the case analysis by comparing the chessboard road network of single and multi-center city center city differences in the amount of traffic commuter travel and transport energy consumption, observed the role of urban form transport travel and environmental impacts of energy consumption.
