The Research On Prevention Measures Of Ice And Snow Disasters On The Mountain High Way In The Guozigou

China is one of the countries which are struck heavily by ice and snow disaster. There are variety of ice and snow disasters, spread wildly and mainly in Xinjiang, Qinghai, Tibet, Gansu and the Northeast, etc, which has brought great damage on people’s life safety and social economic development. Therefore it is a very important job to clear snow on the road in time and take efficient and reasonable preventive measures for highway administration departments, which has great significance to reduce occurrence of traffic accidents, increase efficiency of transportation and improve economic development.Mountainous areas of the Guozigou, the research object of this paper, is one of the areas which is attacked most heavily by ice and snow disasters and has greatest influence on transportation, in which snow-storm, snowdrift and snowslide are serious and frequent. Complex topography and weather and human activities result in high occurrence of various ice and snow disasters, which badly influences the passage safety of G30 highway of Sayram Lake to Guozigou.The paper takes the natural situation of the mountain highway and natural survey of the Guozigou mountain as the research background, classifying the ice snow disaster type and the technology of the snow removal in this area. The paper not only points out the problem of cur rently road snow snowing technology, mechanical equipment, deicing salt, as well as the use o f removing, but also puts forward suggestions for improvement through the analysis of charac teristics on key research object Sayram Lake- Guozigou highway snow, combing with practic al work. Through the analysis of characteristics on highway wind blowing snow, avalanche d isaster and road distribution, this thesis combines the evaluation on the effect of wind guide pl ates, snow corridor, passive protection net and other anti disaster facilities around Yili area, pr oviding a reference for further treatment on wind blowing snow, avalanche and other disaster selection control facilities of Sai- Guo Expressway.
