Study On The Applied Technology Of Emulsified Asphalt Cold Recycled Mixture

At present, China’s early construction of the highway has gradually entered the stage of the maintenance, every year there are a lot of old asphalt pavement materials, if these material can be used, it is very important to environmental protection and sustainable development of the highway traffic. Due to the full utilization of the old road materials to solve the previous waste disposal to the environment pollution, decrease due to production of new stone quarry to the environment destruction, with great social benefits. Application of recycling technology in the highway construction in Henan Province is still in the initial stage, has not yet formed a complete design method, construction technology and quality control standards, cold recycling pavement engineering quality is difficult to guarantee. In view of this problem, the paper studies the properties and application technology of cold recycled asphalt mixture, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Performance evaluation method of the old asphalt mixture and the strength formation mechanism of recycled asphalt mixture are analyzed, and the basis for the mix proportion design and engineering application of cold recycled mixture is provided.(2) Asphalt cold recycling mixture of raw materials for performance test, it is concluded that the technical index of the material, on the basis of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture ratio design to determine the optimum amount of emulsified asphalt and amount of adding water.(3) Using the road performance test of cold regeneration mixing material high temperature performance, low temperature performance, water stability, fatigue performance, early anti loose performance were investigated, will be a variety of regeneration mixture types were compared and analyzed, obtained the cold recycled mixture road performance.(4) Construction technology and quality control flow of cold recycled mixture are analyzed, and the construction technology and quality control method of cold recycled mixture are put forward.(5) The emulsified asphalt cold recycling construction technology was studied systematically, to detect the performance of cold reclaimed asphalt pavement, evaluates the economic benefit and social benefit.
