Research On Properties And Construction Technology Of Cold Asphalt Mixture In Cold In-place Recycling Technology

Recycling of asphalt pavements call effectively enhance the use of resources,protect ecologicalenvironment and accords with the national strategy of developing cycling economy and realizing sustainable development.Cold-Recycling of asphalt pavement becomes one of the most popular road maintenance ways of the whole world,is a new technology developed with pavement cold milling in1980s of 20th century,which is environment protecting,economical and energy saving。Therefore,research on the technology of asphalt pavement recycling is of great significance。Based on the latest researches home and abroad,combining wich Guanxi—Baise to Foshan in Guangdong Province maintenance and renovation projects ,research on cold in-place recycling technology with foamed asphalt and emulsified asphalt in this paper。First of all, the paper analysis and evaluated the mechanical properties of the raw materials ,made mixture match ratio design by laboratory test ,then confirm the parameters,just like gradation,total water consumption,optimal asphalt content and cement content。It analyses different cement contents,curing conditions and different ages and which impact on the intensity。Secondly ,we test the high temperature properties,water stability and low temperature performance of cold recycling mixture of foamed(emulsified )asphalt with the best mix proportion which we get;make a more in-depth study on fatigue characteristics of cold recycled mixture,derived the tensile structural strength coefficient of cold-recyced pavement structure based on mathematical statistics principle。Then,in order to influence on stress-strain which pavement structural parameters taked and the displacement,stress,strain of different road depth,we chosse the procedure BISAR which is studied by the research group of shell Brand in Dutch。Combined with practical projects,we make the briefly introduces of cold recycling construction technology and the way to quality control,also evaluate the quality of practical projects。Finally,the paper make the benefit analysis of practical projects。Experimental study show that we can summarize that cold recycling mixture of foamed(emulsified) asphalt is provided with high intensity and excellent pavement performance,is competent in the binder layer basic layer of high grade highway,with proper mixproportion and ratio between new aggregate and RAP,and properly construction。...
