Highway Maintenance Countermeasures

Asphalt pavement has the following advantages and disadvantages. Which has the advantages of smooth surface, comfortable driving, convenient construction repair maintenance, the use of renewable energy, has the disadvantage of temperature stability is relatively poor, summer, easily with the increase of temperature and softening. Winter, owing to low temperature embrittlement, poor water resistance. How will the advantages of asphalt pavement of high grade highway acme will also disadvantages and shortcomings caused by all kinds of losses to a minimum, how to more effectively control the maintenance repair engineering cost of capital, creating good environment of highway traffic to build "green corridor" has become an urgent problem to solve. In this paper, the high-grade highway asphalt pavement maintenance and maintenance technology control are analyzed, on how to effectively control the mutual effect between the project cost and the cost of highway maintenance repair and environment makes a profound analysis, put forward the feasible suggestions and opinions. Especially for the existence of highway maintenance and management of the existing problems were analyzed, and put forward the high grade highway maintenance and management measures. This paper describes in detail the application and preventive maintenance of high grade highway to strengthen preventive maintenance management measures. The thesis of the maintenance cost composition, planning, control, accounting and the necessity to strengthen the maintenance cost management are summarized, and the maintenance cost management to conduct in-depth study, a detailed study of the cost management of higher grade highway from the bidding management and fixed maintenance and measurement and payment management etc.. The paper also studies the influence of high grade highway to the environment, and puts forward the prediction and assessment methods and the environmental risk prevention and control measures of high grade highway to the ecological environment influence.
