Finally there will be built up an all-in-one platform that is vertically linked up and horizontal integrated. Through the platform, smooth information and data sharing by the whole corporation can be realized. Furthermore, it will also promote the development of digital network and information enabled company. Above all, information integrating is of great meaning to of other industry.Under the ground of country informatization and based on the tariff collection situation in the city of Tongling, this paper analyze the factor which affact the electric charge. It is also draw up to match various factor analysis that pay a fee method model with the metherd of regression analysis, put forward to suit the fee method of paying of different type residents, accept to pay an information-based integration of link and applied to do a simple analysis and research to the electricity charges in the marketing system.Application development for information system is always a key problem for power enterprises. This paper has given a all-in-one platform for power system, using the newest IEC61970/IEC61968 standard and CIM model. This model gives an open and standard reference for equipments modeling in power system for power enterprises.This platform gives us a description of power system in the city of Tongling by integrating the information of basic customer information, meter information, meter reading, customer payment information, 10 kV transformer substation information and so on. So we can build a Multi-dimensional latitude description, and it can supply system support for enterprise modernization management.The three step of Electric charge is: first, Electricity index number should be recorded; second, calculate and check the number according the index number, third,Collect electricity charges. This paper makes a simple analysis of informatization in all the link on electricity charges in Tongling area.All the above researches establish the theoretical basis of informatization integration of distribution network and information enterprise, and the result of these studies would be important reference for the information construction project of State Grid.
