As a service-oriented enterprise,the power supply enterprise needs to shoulder the responsibility of serving the national economy and people’s livelihood on the one hand.While emphasizing its social responsibility,on the other hand,as an enterprise,it also needs to pursue its own economic benefits.Electricity is a kind of special commodity.For a long time,power supply enterprises have to face a series of problems,such as customers’ failure to pay electricity bills or customers’ insolvency after electricity bills are generated.And because of the particularity of power supply enterprise,customer satisfaction become the key to core competitiveness,to get rid of the image once "electricity eating tigers",power supply company made a lot of efforts on improving customer satisfaction,on the electricity charge collection and promotion more cannot blindly blackouts and compulsory measures as usual,cause the electricity recovery pressure is more and more big.With the popularization of intelligent payment service,a new payment mode of electricity charge pre-deposit arises at the historic moment.Its emergence can not only greatly reduce the cost of checking and copying,relieve the pressure of customer manager on electricity charge collection,but also fundamentally reduce the risk of electricity charge recovery.At the same time,the labor efficiency is greatly improved,and employees can devote more energy to the work of power distribution operation and customer service.Secondly,the stable cash flow can also bring non-negligible benefits to enterprises.Power grid enterprises can accumulate a lot of funds in a short time,and use the funds to carry out related power grid investment and construction services.For customers,electricity bill pre-saving can help users control electricity bill expenditure and enjoy better service,feel the preferential and convenient benefits brought by electricity bill pre-saving,and customers do not need to face the trouble of power failure caused by arrears,thus promoting a virtuous cycle of supply and electricity relationship to a certain extent.This dissertation first describes the research background of the subject,and then takes State Grid QZ Power Supply Company as the research object.Based on the investigation of the current situation of customers’ payment and the acceptance of electricity deposit business,combined with the current situation of the work,the basic marketing theory is used to guide the marketing work of State Grid QZ Power Supply Company.After the PEST analysis and the purchasing behavior analysis of power consumers,the 4P strategy for the promotion of electricity saving business of State Grid QZ Power Supply Company is formulated.Finally,to improve the reliability of prepaid service by strengthening internal management;Improve relevant system support;Formulate the corresponding marketing supervision,incentive and assessment system to put forward the safeguard measures.Dissertation based on the real practice explore electricity deposited on its marketing strategy formulation QZ electricity power supply company recycling play a role,jump out of the traditional way of promotion,combined with the dynamic market change,adjust measures to local conditions to develop in line with the QZ area to promote marketing strategies,compared with pure theoretical research,more operable and practical significance,It has reference value and reference significance for the promotion of electricity charge pre-storage business of State Grid QZ Power Supply Company.
