The below two technologies can provide information security for ecological environment monitoring and decision-making. One is how to quickly and effectively extract the spatial distribution of urban green space information, and the other is how to quantitatively study the fairness of the spatial distribution of urban green space. At the same time, they are the two problems which need the decision management to solve urgently.Urban green space could be divided into park green space, protective greenbelt, attached green space and the production in detail, in urban green space information extraction. One method is by using spectral features and spectrum of urban green space in image, and the other method is by using texture and geometric information. By comparing the accuracy of two methods, choose a better result for researching urban green space distribution next. There are four indexes need to be calculated, fragmentation, diversity, dominance index and evenness indexes, when analyzing landscape pattern of urban green space. In terms of equity analysis, the standard values of evaluation indexes need to be determined by refer to datum, and corresponding actual values need to be calculated according to the actual situation, using the technology of GIS, the vector files, maps and statistical yearbooks. Then, try to apply fuzzy neural network model on the equality of urban green space based on the block as the unit which has simple rules and be intelligent.Results show that the precision of extraction method based on spectrum, texture and spatial is higher, taking center area of Tangshan as an example. And this extraction method can be used in the macroscopic research of the spatial distribution of urban green space. There are five indexes between fuzzy neural network model of the fairness analysis on the urban green space.Both of the method of landscape pattern analysis and the method based on fuzzy neural network show that the distribution of urban green space in Tangshan is unreasonable and unfair.
