At present, our government is vigorously promoting the development of natural gas clean energy. Owing to the significant advantage of energy saving, natural gas vehicle applications have been rapidly developed and have formed a huge industrial scale. As a natural gas vehicle operations support, the construction of fixed gas compressor station has become an important competing field of research and has received more and more attention.Currently, the quality of industrial products has been quickly improved by the rapid development of science technology and the information revolution. The design of industrial product has extended to mechatronics, with special attention to the shape of innovative, environmental friendly and pleasant and other factors, focusing on the pursuit of market core competitiveness and high added value. Therefore, companies pay more attention to products design on the science and accurate interpretation of the professional attributes.Aiming at the car aerated condition of features, Wuhan Qi Dakang Environmental Science and Technology Co Ltd has specially developed the sub-station YZ-type hydraulic natural gas compressor, which can fully realize the role of booster stations refilling process, with significantly characteristics such as low power consumption, low emission, low noise and can represent the development direction of the sub-station compressor. Combined with the actual conditions of Qi Dakang, this design shows deep interests in the stationary natural gas compressor by integration design of the exterior based on existing to better convey the brand image, the technological content, and to expand the social awareness and recognition, which highlights the "people-oriented" concept with full account of ergonomic principles and forms of design principles and pursuit of the perfect harmony among device structure, the form of beauty and operating comfort by taking into account of the balance, rhythm, color, overlapping, density, mechanical and electrical equipment, automation settings, intelligent terminal management.Based on the YZ innovative hydraulic gas compressor, this design focus on the ergonomics, air circulation, eco-friendly materials and prominent the eight design direction from frame systems, maintenance systems, ventilation systems, storage systems, instrumentation systems, noise and muffler systems, fire safety systems, identification systems. By integrated use of invisible frame, module assembly, color identification and other embodiments, this design eventually forms the stationary gas compressor exterior design that fully reflect the functional effects and follow the laws of science, the ergonomic principles and environmental requirements, with a strong form of beauty and systematic, stability, security features.The YZ-type hydraulic gas compressor rejects the traditional square box shape design styling by use of the modular design concept, the decorative panel, the supplemented rounded transition, the increased dynamic rhythm and the golden section which select the appropriate dividing proportion of the various functional areas. With the pursuit of simplicity, generous, entirety in shape and the unique fine high-tech products, this design highlights modern feeling and environmental protection by using bright colors, the new polymer materials which called polymeric materials, the complex of polymer materials, metals, inorganic non-metallic materials and other traditional materials and conveys a safe and reliable overall shape by optimizing the use of composite structures, which reflecting the stable, symmetric, stable visual language.
