Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Clean Energy

The gradual evolution of China’s economic development stage and the depletion of traditional energy for the development of clean energy and utilization of China’s government increased the degree of concern,and gradually explore the path of clean energy construction combined with the stage of economic development of our country and social sustainable development.Wind,solar and geothermal and other clean energy has become the main type of the world at present,and with the "Kyoto Protocol" after the signing of the mainstream of the countries of the world and area of low carbon economic development efforts,China has increased the degree of attention to the problem of energy transformation in the whole world type energy utilization system and financial system development under the guidance of.However,there are problems in China’s clean energy industry and the development of enterprises themselves.Low degree of legalization,low degree of marketization and insufficient degree of scale are all influencing factors.Accordingly,this paper uses the method of case analysis,literature research,induction and deduction and other research methods,to study in China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group as the representative of the clean energy industry,and extends to the macro level of the clean energy industry,in order to improve the development level of the clean energy industry strategy in china.This paper expounds the theoretical research and present situation of the development of clean energy.By expound the theoretical categories of environmental rights and public choice,combined with the types and functions of clean energy,we conclude the current achievements and difficulties in the construction of clean energy in China.On this basis,the related cases of the clean energy industry development and construction were summarized,from the low level of industrialization,institutional development needs to be improved,inadequate supervision,information disclosure and low level of public participation in the limitation factors of influence on the deep reason of clean energy construction in our country from the system,organization,thinking three,and on this basis to improve the level of development of clean energy industry,countermeasures to optimize the enterprise development.From the aspects of improving the level of system development,optimizing the supervision system of clean energy and improving the social approval,we will take this as one of the steps to promote the healthy development of clean energy industry in China.In order to promote the healthy development of clean energy enterprises and clean energy industry of clean energy enterprises in China,the turning point of energy use types and the mining of environmental capacity are the starting points.
