Research On Ergonomic Assessment System And ERP Integration Of Northern Manufacture

With the impact of e-commerce and people's acceptance of it deepening and expanding,it is imperative to further optimize the functions provided by enterprise's ERP system.The factors influencing the competitive advantage of enterprises and the enthusiasm of employees are mainly reflected in the distribution system and the rationality of efficiency assessment.Whether we can accurately find out the causes of the low enthusiasm of enterprises and successfully remove the difficulties and obstacles of performance incentive is an urgent issue for enterprises to consider in the implementation of ergonomic assessment and performance allocation.In this paper,the overall requirements of the system are analyzed from the macro business processing characteristics of the ergonomic assessment.The overall framework of the system is designed from the details of the ergonomic assessment control.Finally,the whole system is designed and implemented according to the idea of "modularization".Firstly,the paper analyses the status quo of performance appraisal of Northern Heavy Industry Group,uses UML modeling technology to analyze the function modules of the system,gives the use case diagrams of each function module of the system,and enhances the modeling and visualization of the system.Then it uses three-tier B/S architecture mode to fine divide the whole system,and studies the basic process and detailed steps of ergonomic assessment,so as to ensure that the functional design of ergonomic assessment system has high feasibility and standardization.Then,the core function of the system is designed according to the requirements of the ergonomic assessment business process.At the same time,the database is designed by using the method of E-R chart and data table.The system functions include enterprise basic information management,ergonomic assessment management,ergonomic assessment data management and statistical query management.Finally,a perfect ergonomic assessment system is successfully constructed and tested.Through the ergonomic assessment system designed in this paper,the accuracy of enterprise human resources dispatch can be achieved to a certain extent.Employees' enthusiasm will be brought into full play in the process of production and sales of enterprises to promote the rapid improvement of enterprises' hard power and comprehensive competitiveness.
