With the development of urbanization process in our country,urban recreative square、underground parking lot、large airport and commercial street become more and more, the ground laid quality and clean quality are becoming more and more high.The cleaning efficiency and the environmental pollution in the process get more and more attention from people. Traditional cleaning equipments have many disadvantages such as single function and producing harmful gas in the working process. they can’t satisfy people’s demand. Therefore developing a kind of multi-functional, environmental floor cleaning equipment has a broad space for development.In this paper, the electric washing machine is the research object, first of all, the washing machine work environment and function principle is analyzed, and the working performance of the machine parameters is determined.Secondly, according to technology needs of the development of washing machine, the overall structure and hydraulic system of cleaning machine is detailedly described. I draw a CAD layout of the machine, and establish the solidworks 3 d model.Again, the whole machine power transmission system parameters are mached based on the analysis of dynamics 、 kinematics and Traction characteristics kinematics,and the hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, motor, battery is selected and matched.Finally, establish the engine performance simulation model under the environment of matlab/simulink, simulation results show that the parameters meet the design requirements.
