According to the requirements of RS422 bus data and analog data acquisition and storage in the development process of a certain type of device,based on the analysis of trigger conditions,power supply characteristics and acquisition parameter characteristics,a reliable data recorder sui Tab.for ground joint test,real flight,post recovery and other scenes is designed.The recorder uses STM32 as the state control chip,FPGA as the main control chip for data acquisition and storage,Mg O’s NAND flash as the storage medium,multiplexer,AD / DA converter and other devices to realize the acquisition and storage of 19 analog signals,3penetration overload signals and 8 RS422 digital signals,Secondly,the CY7C68013 A chip produced by cypress company is used to make a reading box device through its slave FIFO mode.The stored data is packaged and uploaded back to the upper computer for data analysis.Finally,the reliability of the system is verified through system joint debugging test and environment screening experiment.According to the relevant technical requirements,this paper first puts forward the overall design scheme,and introduces the working principle,operation sequence,functional composition and structural design of the system.Then the software and hardware of the system are designed.The system is divided into signal conditioning board,state control board,data acquisition board and storage medium board in hardware circuit.The system is divided into microcontroller software design,FPGA software design,upper computer analysis software design and reading box software design in software part.The FPGA part is mainly introduced,Including data acquisition timing,data cache and NAND flash bad block management.Finally,through the upper computer software to read back the stored data and the corresponding data visualization processing,the relevant performance indicators are tested,and the design of the recorder meets the requirements.
