With the rapid development of modern industry, the product diversification and the personalized demand put forward higher requirements for the planning and design of the automated warehouse. Due to the high cost, large investment and other factors, the establishment of the model is very important in automated warehouse. By using the model, which can test the construction scheme is reasonable. Through the simulation of different blueprint, to determine the reasonable scheme. This method can avoid blind construction, non predictable problems or economic loss.By using Rockwell Automation’s Logix control platform, and uses the hardware interface simulation method, designed a set of automated order analysis, automated storage and outbound functions in a warehouse simulation system. The system consists of hardware emulation interface, control module, management module, control module and communication module can simulate all movement warehouse stacker system, router, robots, conveyors, etc. and works with fast conversion capabilities. It proved the reliability and efficiency of the storage system through numerous experiments on a self-developed 3D stereoscopic warehouse simulation model.The system realizes the automatic analysis and execution order. Through a combination of database technology, to realize the optimization of scheduling. Logix controller is a Rockwell controller series. The control program through the label mapping, can be transplanted to the actual controller, the simulation method has fast engineering transformation ability, convenient in practical application. The design method of the complex issues become more efficient, simple, intuitive and clear, and has obvious economic benefit and social benefit.
