In recent years, with the rapid developing of Chinese national economy, the level ofproduction automation warehousing logistics industry improves continuously, China hasgradually realized the importance of logistics in reducing the whole society and enterprisescirculation cost. In the preparation process of warehousing and logistics warehouseautomation, the3D virtual simulation can help the builders of warehouse to seek the bestdesign. Through3D animation system, users can find the problems, simulation technology hasbecome a fast and effective method to construct automatic warehouse system.The overall design of automatic warehouse simulation system is completed by thesimulation software RSTestStand and the programming software RSLogix5000.The data transmission between PLC and RSTestStand, is based on RSLinx communicationsoftware as an intermediary. RSTestStand is responsible for the automated warehouse,stacking machines and other equipment and implementation of virtual simulation. TheEmulate5000is used to collect the data of the simulation system.The programming softwareRSLogix5000is used for crane and manipulators and other equipment for logic control. In thedesign,the running speed of stacker also is adjusted and have a variable frequency speedregulation system.The main contents are: the design and implementation of3D virtual simulation systembased on simulation software, the warehouse control system based on the virtual controller,the communication of data transmission between the simulation and control system. Thepaper first gave a brief introduction on warehousing logistics simulation, and then the overallstructure of the automatic warehouse simulation system and the software are described.Theoverall architecture is introduced from two aspects,the simulation system and the controlsystem.The simulation system is introduced by the three-dimensional warehouse automationsystem simulation software RSTestStand design and development. In the end,there is a detailintroduce of the warehouse and stacker speed control.The realization of virtual simulation of three-dimensional visualization of the automated warehouse is the core of this paper, is also an innovation in this paper.This paper takes a factory automation stereoscopic warehouse as the research object, bymeans of the advanced3D virtual simulation, design and develop a set of perfect intelligentlogistics warehouse automation system, the system is capable of safe, efficient, stableoperation. By using the simulation software invent the process of model and system ofwarehouse, the operator can clearly see the running state of the equipment in the productionfield of the future, to avoid the various factors under ideal conditions for system design cannot be expected, fully understand the future automated warehouse process and productioninformation.
