So far,The military maintenance strategy of general vehicles depends entirely on the manufacturer or the forces prescribed maintenance policies, the phenomenon of inadequate maintenance and excess maintenance everywhere.Based on the idea of project management, general vehicle maintenance strategy paper on the choices made up as a profession : first, the aim of the project is to select the optimal maintenance strategy to develop efficient and reasonable maintenance program. Second, the project’s resources, including different types of general-purpose vehicle breakdown statistics, vehicle breakdowns and maintenance of relevant theory, cost-effectiveness analysis theory and Matlab calculation tools. Third, the project means includes theoretical analysis( Universal vehicle product failure analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis), computing and summarized. Fourth, project control( maintenance strategy selection) criteria for optimal cost-effectiveness ratio.For the above analysis, the paper of a Military general vehicle maintenance management to fully research based on the analysis for the problems, Maintenance requirements in accordance with the hazard of the product in descending sort,and get the important function of products. Then use the parameter estimates and the goodness of fit of the product failure distribution is analyzed, and the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for different product repair methods were identified; then were different maintenance model performance and maintenance costs are analyzed, the use of cost-effectiveness analysis theory, the vehicle maintenance strategies are cost-effectiveness analysis, and based on the timing of repairs and maintenance of a level determined. Finally, a generic Military Vehicle maintenance products as the background, using MATLAB tools previously established model is solved to obtain the most optimal cost-effective maintenance strategy, but also through the contrast with the existing maintenance strategy is verified model is effective and reasonable.
