According to the study on general aviation trainer air-frame periodic maintenance, a general aviation trainer air-frame periodic maintenance cost prediction model based on engineering treatment model is established to help the pilot training school to arrange their maintenance funds reasonable.A general aviation trainer maintenance cost analysis system, which realized the estimate of the target value of direct maintenance cost of general aviation trainer and prediction of scheduled maintenance check direct maintenance cost of general aviation trainer air-frame,was developed to improve the working efficiency, reduce the manpower cost, on the base of upward research results.
