The tra ditional puri fication technology just purify air pol luta nts to achieve the optimal purification of the air ins ide the car, and there is a less consider ati on about the i nteraction a nd influe nce among human, air purification system and environment.Thus, i t is difficult to achieve the optima l purpose of purifying the ai r inside the vehicle.First of all, through the analysi s about the sources of Slow-release pollutants and acute pollution, the ca r air purifi er s hould puts forward from the idea of people or ient ed. Through the combination of driver a nd c onductor(person), air purification system(machine) and the envi ronment of the inside and out side of the car( environment), we can put the "nature and humanity" Chinese traditional eas tern philosophic thinking as a whole to c onsider the air purification system, then, we c an achieve the optima l purpose of purifying the air inside the vehicle. Taking t he thought as the foundat ion, the paper put s forward the air purific ati on method of man-machine- environment system about e nsure in-car air purification, namely HAAS(Healthy Ai r Assuranc e Syst em) tec hnology, the technology of purifyi ng contains the static purification tec hnology for slow-release pollutant and used for the dynamic purification technology for the acute pollutant.Secondly, based on the detailed anal ysis of the specific pur ification technology of HAAS and a ll kinds of the specific pur ification products and methods supporting the t echnology, the paper has proposed and studied t he static pur ification system.Fi nally, in order t o make t he dynamic purification sys tem has better purifi cation effect, the paper uses numerical simulation tec hnique, focusing on the influe nce law of dynamic air purification effect of i nstallation position of the car air purifier. I n or der to find out the optimal location of ve hicle air purifier, the vehi cle purifie r can be placed on the five different places to study the air flow organization in the ca r. After installing car air purifier, Using standard K-ε turbul ence model to simulat e theflow distribution organization for m, the results have shown as foll ows:(1).Through t he anal ysis of the speed field and forma ldehyde concentration fiel d, at t he a ir inlet, return air and so on, where t he turbulent i ntensity is larger t han other places, t he formaldehyde concentration wil l de crease, therefore moder ately increas ing the t urbulence intensi ty, can c ontribute to the decrea se of t he concentration of formaldehyde.(2).When the c ar is full of passengers, through the a nalysis of formaldehyde concentration fiel d, the pur ifier behind t he dri ver’s seat bac k, can effectively improve the air qual ity inside the car. The forma ldehyde concentration in the respiratory level is l ower than t he standa r d.(3).When t here i s only the dr iver in the c ar, thr ough the analysis of the formaldehyde concentration field, the re are three schemes can meet the basi c r equire ment and the formaldehyde concent ration is lower than the mi nimum standard. But putting the car air purifi er on t he seat storage board can promot e the formaldehyde concentration in respiratory lever lower than the other two qualified sche mes.
