Nowadays,with the rapid development of the packing industry, continuous Ink jet printer is widely applied in the line production, and its demands is large., the users have high requirements on it. But the low printing quality and reliability of the domestic Ink jet printer blocks its development on some way. To solve the problem above, this article carries out Ink jet printer dots space real time checking and tracking system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the dots’ charging time and its quality.Firstly, this article introduces history, current situation and trend of the printer, analyses its current situation, purposes and significance. And then it introduces the structure and working principles. It does some theoretical analysis on the Ink jet printer dots space real time checking and tracking system, and promotes the hardware and software architecture.Secondly, this article does some studies on the key techniques, such as the upper and down machine communication protocols, the theory of the peak detection, the adaptive detection and control of the ink’s viscosity, the control of the ink pressure, bus arbitration mechanism, the master and slave model of the FPGA Fabric,the serial to parallel of the charging data.the upper and down machine communication protocol based on CRC verification ensures the accuracy and reliability of the communication.the peak detection of the charged dots is the key of the checking of the space, and its result can make it easy to calculate the phase, that is the selection of charging time.the adaptive detection and control of the ink’s viscosity can ensure the ink to be divided into dots which reflects the intelligent controlling. The PID control of the ink pressure can make the printer working in a stable state, and it is the presupposition of the printer. FPGA Fabric master and slave models uses the AHB bus to arbitrate, which can promote the availability of the bus and ensure the accuracy of bus access and order. The sequential control of the serial to parallel of the charging data is accomplished by software to save the hardware resources.In the end,on the basis of the above, it does some hardware and software research on Ink jet printer dots space real time checking and tracking system research and is applied to the actual project of ink jet printer. The key technology is realized. This articles analyses the application result. It can realize the high precision control of ink charging time, which illustrates the the feasibility and value of this study.
