With the advancement of society,the market has become more and more demanding for personalized products.Rapid Prototyping is able to quickly convert what it thinks into a functional model or a directly usable part.The ability to be quickly recognized and gradually popularized at the outset,and Fused Deposition Modeling is one of several mature and widely used rapid prototyping processes.In this paper,FDM 3D printer is taken as the research object,aiming at improving the printing precision of molded parts,and the structure of the current 3D printer is assembled.The structure of the nozzle and guide tube of FDM 3D printer is designed,and the relevant printing parameters affecting the printing precision are carried out.Research and analysis selected the optimal printing parameters.The specific research work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The effect of the nozzle structure of FDM 3D printer on the stability of the exit velocity was studied by Taguchi method.The ANSYS fluent software was used to simulate the nozzle flow field,and the velocity variation cloud diagram,exit velocity and exit velocity variance of the flow field in the nozzle were obtained.And verified by experiments,the high-precision molded parts at a stable exit speed were obtained.(2)For the FDM 3D printer nozzle system,during printing,the printed material softens in advance,and the printed and molded parts cannot be cooled in time,resulting in poor printing accuracy.The nozzle structure was improved and optimized,and the nozzles before and after optimization were optimized by ANSYS software.The thermodynamic simulation analysis of the printed materials was carried out,and the simulation data of nozzle temperature,temperature map of the printed material and strain cloud were obtained.The error before and after the optimization of the print structure was measured by experiments.The research results show that the optimized guide tube can reduce the softening degree of the printed material in advance,reduce the deformation of the traverse guide rail,and improve the printing precision.(3)For the printing parameters that affect the printing accuracy,the three parameters of filling rate,layer thickness,and printing speed are used as variables.The experimental data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance The height error,flatness error,roundness error,cylindricity error and warpage deformation of the molded parts were studied,and the influence degree of the printing parameters affecting these errors was studied.For the analysis,the optimal printing parameters were selected.
