The hybrid tricycle is in the context of energy conservation and emissions reduction arises at the historic moment. Based on a company’s motor tricycle for the original models, a modified mixed oil electric tricycle, design parameters and the hybrid system, set up a corresponding control strategy of parallel hybrid tricycle simulation model is established, the power performance and fuel economy of hybrid tricycle has carried on the simulation analysis.Firstly, according to automobile theory, based on the parameters of motor tricycle, put forward to design hybrid trike design goals, including maximum gradability, top speed and fuel consumption, and then according to the design requirements, respectively, the engine, motor, battery, transmission parameters matching on the key parts such as design, preliminary determined parallel hybrid tricycle parts needed for the simulation model parameters.Then, briefly expounds the energy distribution of hybrid system control strategy of general principles of contrast presented the advantages and disadvantages of different control strategies and determine the logic threshold selection of control mode, analyses the composition of the vehicle control system.Logic threshold control strategy are analyzed in detail the working principle, control process, etc., and maximize the battery SOC control strategy of simulink simulation model is established.Finally, using the simulation software Cruise of the parallel hybrid tricycle and motor tricycle has carried on the modeling and simulation.Finally, compare the simulation results of the two models, both the vehicle dynamic performance and fuel economy are compared, and the design of parallel hybrid tricycle meet the performance requirements in order to the purpose of energy conservation and emissions reduction.In this paper, studying the design of hybrid tricycle and development has a certain guiding significance and value. |
