| In recent years, the development of precision transmission technology, especially the precision planetary reduction gear research and manufacturing technology is becoming more mature, its application field is rapidly expanding into all aspects of equipment manufacturing industry and national defense industry. These are directly driven by the precision planetary gear reducer for mass production; the attendant is the performance testing of this kind of reducer. At present, artificial build bench test method is mainly used for measuring the transmission performance test, automatic test equipment integration high precision, high efficiency does not yet exist, and further research and development of precision transmission technology also depends on the application of the advanced test technology. Therefore, to develop a special reducer performance test system to test and evaluate the capability of the reducer, which has important theoretical significance and practical value in engineering.Based on the cycloidal enveloping precision reducer and transmission efficiency test was studied, developed to meet a variety of series of different types of closed cycloidal enveloping precision reducer special precision transmission efficiency test system. The system of inheritance and innovation based on the traditional transmission performance testing device, and the open and the whole structure design, greatly simplifies the assembly and debugging process; also, the use of graphical programming software Lab VIEW developed special test system control software, to achieve the normal communication and control of the hardware instruments. The testing system based on IPC as the host, the peripheral equipment to complete the test data acquisition, motion and load control, can complete a plurality of transmission performance test.Finally, through the application of test system for a certain type of reducer, the results show that the test system can realize the task of this kind of reducer transmission efficiency test. Those also show that the test system is feasible, which has the faster testing speed, high precision, easy operation, strong adaptability, and a good scalability. |
