The Optimization Design Of Transmission Efficiency Test Method Based On The AVL Powertrain Bench

Transmission is an important component of vehicle,the good or bad of the transmission has a close relationship with the economy,power and safety of vehicle.At present,there is no unified regulation for the testing method of transmission efficiency.Based on AVL test bench,this paper studies the efficiency of transmission test method for transmission efficiency and performance evaluation.Firstly,the error and the influence of the temperature sensor and the torque sensor is analyzed.The zero drift of the torque sensor is analyzed by the test,and the significance of the test of the whole efficiency of the transmission is defined.Based on the principle of the sensor,the zero drift of the torque sensor is calibrated.The error of the sensor can be within the error range of the transmission efficiency test.Secondly,because in the process of transmission efficiency test,the energy loss of the drive shaft can affect the efficiency of transmission test,the efficiency of the drive shaft is analyzed by the test,the influence factors and degree of the drive shaft efficiency are obtained,and the interpolation calculation is used to get the global MAP diagram.Thirdly,the different transmission oil temperature and oil quantity will influence the efficiency,to accurately measure the efficiency of transmission,the test is necessary.It is concluded that the impact of the factors to efficiency and summed up the best efficiency point of the oil temperature and the amount of oil.Finally,use Cruise simulation to transform NEDC test cycle into steady conditions by the national fuel consumption regulations,as the theoretical foundations of the transmission efficiency optimization design.by the introduction of orthogonal design test method,transmission efficiency test method is optimized,the test results are consistent with the previous test.orthogonal design test method is improved to be effective and feasible in transmission efficiency test.the orthogonal design table which can reflect the overall performance of the transmission is produced,and the efficiency also can reflect the transmission level of consumption in the NEDC cycle and achieve the transmission efficiency optimization design.
