With the pace of global economic integration is speeding up, trade among countries have become increasingly frequent and cross-regional commodity trading volume has a substantial growth, marine logistics as a major transportation hub in today’s international trade directly influences and restricts the growth of economy in our country. However, the existing marine logistics service level is hard to meet the increasing demand. How to use the marine logistics terminal node effectively to achieve the goal of fast operation of containers is an effective way to solve the problem.Container is the main object of job scheduling method of marine logistics container storage station and container terminal. The main problem of this paper is to coordinate the relationship between difference resources, shorten the waiting time of the ships in the port, improved the service level under the limit of the resources. Aiming at this problem, the job scheduling method of marine logistics between container storage and container storage station terminal is proposed in this paper.First, analyze and define the resources which in marine logistics container storage station and container terminal, which includes the analysis and definition of quay crane handing service resources, analysis and definition of horizontal transportation service resources, analysis and definition of container storage station storage service resources and analysis and definition of yard crane handing service resource. And abstract the main impact factors from the job scheduling method of the marine logistics between container storage station and container terminal.Secondly, in order to do further research on the job scheduling problem of marine logistics between container storage station and container terminal, and corresponding mathematical models were established of each part resources. Considering the job scheduling method of marine logistics between container storage station and container terminal belongs to the field of large-scale combinatorial optimization studies, it is difficult to use traditional optimization algorithms to solve this problem effectively. In view of the bionic intelligent optimization algorithms has a good performance to solve this kind of problem, genetic algorithm and artificial bee colony algorithm make targeted improvement to accommodate the model with discreteness, dynamic nature and multi-objective constraints characteristic.Finally, a prototype system which based on the established model and the improved algorithm is built. And the prototype system aims at giving a more intuitive presentation of the application result. In this paper, designed the prototype system according to the specific instance of marine logistics between container storage station and container terminal. Use the model library, algorithms library and business processing module and finally through the front-end display module, performance comparison results, the result of the problem solving optimization effect visually intuitive display. The model library, algorithms library and business processing module are built in this paper. And the solution of the application and the algorithm performance comparison results are intuitive display through the front display module.
