As semi physical simulation key equipment, three axis simulator can rotate three degrees of freedom, according to a given control signal to simulate various missiles or aircraft attitude change. Its performance will determine reliability and confidence of the semi-physical simulation. So, three axis simula tor must have good static and dynamic performance.In a practical system, the output signal of the imple mentation is limited. All physical systems are subject to constraints especially by the saturation nonlinear constraints. This makes the original idea l linear system into an essentially nonlinear system. This problem can not be resolved by design of the controller. We need to propose an Anti-Windup design method to deal with saturation.Firstly, internal frame acquisit ion system Bode diagram through s weep directly and the use of the FFT algorithm. Fitting a mathematical model to establish the actual. Then give the motor control loop control scheme and design of the controller parameters according to index. Then integrate theory with practice in identif ication of the middle frame hydraulic motor system modeling, design a controller and configured pole- zero. Finally, we conducted a simulation to verify the effectiveness of the controller.Secondly proposed an Anti- Windup design method, focuses on the Anti-Windup design based on the improved IMC structure. Design theoretically first, then use MATLAB simulation shows that the proposed method is effective and can well reduce the various adverse effects by the servo motor controller saturation.Finally, based on a class that contains cone bounded nonlinear components of system stability determination stability theorem, to research the improved IMC structure Anti- Windup design. To discuss in detail of the input and output stability of nonlinear saturation control system and analys is the stability of the turntable system Anti-Windup design.
