Since April 2015, the State Council promotes the development of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent remanufacturing. The state of the domestic manufacturing sector, especially high-end equipment manufacturing level have higher requirements. Turbine as a representative of the traditional high-end equipment, The precision of assembly has a greater effect on the manufacturing standards.Taking a small steam turbine for the study, the key elements to achieve remote collaborative turbine manufacturing and precise measurements to improve the assembly precision, achieve the purpose of t he turbine assembly precision. The main contents are as follows:At first, take the assembly and the precision measurement of the small turbine as the research object. Study the existing measurement techniques and measurement systems, compare and analysis the current advanced measurement equipment, determine the model of measurement equipment.Secondly, study the principle of the measurement equipment, get the method of controlling precision, analysis current turbine assembly process, combine d with measuring equipment and measuring method, improve current turbine assembly and measurement processes.Then, measure the process of Steam turbine key pieces, achieve the acquisition and processing of measured data. By using finite element analysis principles and methods, calculate the theoretical value of the rotor deflection. Complete the comparative analysis with point cloud data and the RBI measurement data. Verify the feasibility of the axial and radial through-flow gap through a instance.And then, by using the ABAQUS software, achieve finite element analysis of false axis measuring state, closing cylinder status and three-dimensional scanning measurement status. Extract the related deformation data of each flow-through gap, find the changes in radial through-flow gap, determine the compensation to make sure the consistency of the measuring cylinder status and the closing cylinder status.Finally, analysis the measuring status of current turbine rotor, the cylinder and the clapboard, according to the relative compensation amount, dra w optimization programs. Based on the position of the anchor point, consider the relative amount of deformation, draw optimization program, to improve the measurement accuracy.The precision assembly methods and application of turbine key parts can improve the measurement accuracy effectively, achieve the remote collaborative manufacturing of the turbine key parts, solve the measurement error problem between measurement status and actual closing cylinder status.
