Asphalt concrete pavement is widely used in road construction because it is with short construction period and it is of good abrasion performance and with seamless smooth surface. Also it is comfortable for driving, with low noise and little vibration and it is convenient for maintenance. On the one hand, lacking of quality management during each construction step causes the problem. On the other hand, more materials are needed for asphalt concrete pavement, so that various of mechanical equipment are needed. And the technology of construction is also different from each other. During the construction, quality of raw material, mixture grading, temperature,compaction degree, roughness is with great difference. Each condition mentioned above has certain influence on the quality of asphalt concrete pavement construction.The research is discussing about the management of "the labor, material, machine" and technical control of midfield and back court in the construction process during asphalt concrete pavement construction according to the work experience of construction management on the expressway from Guangzhou to Heyuan. It plays guiding role in asphalt concrete pavement construction. This article attaches importance to discussing how to comprehensively and scientifically completes the construction quality control of asphalt concrete pavement construction.There are various problems and solutions encountered during quality management on the expressway from Guangzhou to Heyuan, such as aggregate quality management, transportation and aggregate pavement compaction technology improvements. Among which, the use of nondestructive testing technology provides dynamic adjustment and optimization scheme for the construction of the pavement management.
