Research On Construction Of Education Quality Assurance System Of Master Of Engineering In China

Along with the development of master of engineering (hereinafter useM.E. for short) education in our country, to assure education quality, the educationquality assurance system (hereinafter use QAS for short) of M.E. is needed to beconstructed and perfected. The foundation of M.E. is the self-assurance of the cultivatingunit. Higher education provider is responsible for teaching, enterprises participate inmanagement and the society is in charge for evaluation. These three combined rationaland finally could set up and improve the quality supervision system, evaluation systemand feedback system. Accompanied by related regulations and rules, improved externalsupervision and evaluation system, the M.E. education QAS could be founded. This isthe study aim of this article.Master of engineering quality assurance is the foundation for the self security unit,responsible for the education in Colleges and universities, enterprises to participate in themanagement, social participation in the evaluation of three aspects of organic union, theultimate improvement and the establishment of a complete quality supervision systemevaluation system and feedback system, coupled with the related regulations, improvethe external supervision and assessment system, so it will sound master of engineeringquality guarantee system, the research purpose of this paper lies in this.To construct the education QAS of M.E. has significant meanings. As the scale ofM.E. education is expanding, people become more concern on the education qualityproblem. To continuously improve and perfect the M.E. degrees education system in ourcountry take a long time and exam processing. Therefore, we should brave to absorb welldeveloped experience in foreign advanced QAS. We should realize clearly those defectssuch as imperfect external assurance system, internal assurance remain to be strengthened, inharmonious communication between internal and external existed in ourM.E. QAS affected its education quality in some level.T The article has five parts, which analyses and study QAS of Engineering master.Firstly, the article introduces QAS’s study background and domestic and internationalsituation, and then it defines the relative conceptions of QAS of engineering master. Italso makes education features and influence factors of engineering master clear, and liststhe foundation methods of QAS. Secondly, the article analyses and take the examples ofthe exact methods and measures of QAS of English engineering master; Thirdly, thearticle offers the strategy and suggestion for domestic Education quality assurancesystem of engineering master. According to the aspect of assessment system, thestructure of Education quality assurance system of engineering master needs assessmentcontent and strategy making. The last part brings the article’s innovation and difficultpoints, and looks forward the development.Based on the point of the background of rapid development of domestic engineeringmaster and unsounded QAS, the article analyses and discusses QAS’s influences ofEnglish engineering master because of colleges and universities, enterprises and socialfactors. It considers that colleges and universities are responsible for engineeringmaster’s education. Only enterprises cooperate with colleges and universities to join inmanagement, and the society participated evaluation and supervision, the perfecteducation QAS could be established. And put forth opinions that to improve the societyapprobation of M.E., integration of degrees and education background, link system ofM.E. professional qualification certificate and degree education, set up interaction netassurance system among central and local, government and higher education provider,universities and society to improve and perfect our assurance system gradually.
