Research On The Current Situation And Management Of Yellow Label Vehicles In Zhongshan City

In recent years, Zhongshan City motor vehicle retains the quantity to increase at anaverage speed of 13.9%, as the end of August 2014, the city owned by 9317340000 motorvehicles, including the yellow label car. Motor vehicle especially yellow label cars havebecome the main source of emissions of air pollution in Zhongshan City, according to themonitoring results of the environmental protection department, regional road in downtownconcentration of NOx, CO and HC showed an upward trend year by year. Through theanalysis of the motor vehicle emission standards and vehicle emission pollutants quantified,especially the quantitative analysis of the yellow label cars’ pollutants, as the prediction ofatmospheric environmental impact, the scientific formulation of the yellow label car emissionpollution control measures, provide scientific decision basis to carry out the standard yellowcars control emissions of motor vehicles in Zhongshan city.This paper mainly carries on the following basic research:Firstly,a survey of ZhongshanCity, motor vehicle and the yellow label carretains the quantity, composition and status ofvehicle condition of Zhongshan city road traffic conditions, to understand the current situationof Zhongshan city traffic congestion and emissions from the side.Secondly, the use ofMOBILE6.2 model in domestic and abroad are widely used in vehicle emission study, modifythe related input parameters, the calculated emission factors of Zhongshan city in 2014,established the vehicle emission inventory, determine the vehicle emissions and yellow labelcars total discharge of pollutants.Thirdly, combined with the specific situation of ZhongshanCity, puts forward the countermeasures about the yellow label car.
