The Modern Comprehensive Hospital Architect Design For Catering Space

With the rapid development of China’s social, economic, and building a modern general hospital is becoming mature, the importance of non-healing space has become even more prominent for the hospital. However, the influence of traditional planning ideas and design concepts, the hospital food service space as an important part of modern general hospital but did not get enough attention, their research also few, which seriously hindered the healthy development of the hospital. Based on the above background, the subject chosen for a modern general hospital catering to study architectural design space in order to meet the needs of the times summed research.This paper is based on the theory of learning and research in the field of research, for the modern general hospital catering space of architectural design. Is divided into seven chapters: The first chapter briefly describes the background of the subject, purpose and significance, the issue of development and research status at home and abroad, research methods and papers framework. The second chapter clearly define the concept of hospital food service space, which includes hospitals and social dining restaurant space, and explains its development process; at the same time, a detailed description of the space and catering services sector closely. The third chapter theoretical basis for the selection and location of the hospital cafeteria food distribution flow lines were analyzed. The fourth chapter is the core chapters, focusing on hospital social catering space design were studied, the first course of its development, the constituent elements of the service object, select the location and size of the control were explored; secondly summarized the hospital social catering space layout and spatial form, and space required to do a detailed discussion of the design; Finally, userfriendly design and feasibility of increasing social catering space in the old building, made a useful attempt.
