Railway construction is an important part of the country's "Belt and Road" strategy and a major artery of national economic and social development.As an important large-scale temporary facility and infrastructure in railway construction,the railway concrete mixing plant is a key point for cost control in railway construction and a key hub connecting the concrete raw material yard with the downstream concrete demand point.It is rationally and scientifically selected Site planning is a key link in railway construction and a key measure to ensure construction quality,reduce construction costs,shorten construction duration,increase resource utilization,and improve the management level of construction enterprises.The proper location of the mixing station directly determines the quality of railway construction and the efficiency of concrete distribution,which is related to the safety and economy of the overall operation of the railway construction,which in turn affects the social and economic benefits of railway construction.Especially in the context of the country vigorously advocating sustainable development,how to take green development as the premise and comprehensively consider the particularity of railway construction and the factors that should be considered when selecting the site of railway concrete mixing plant,consider the preferences of decision makers,and realize the subjective The unification of the amount of index information and the value of objective data to optimize the location of railway concrete mixing plants has become a difficult problem to be solved in the current railway construction work.In view of this,on the basis of systematically summarizing the domestic and foreign research results on the location of concrete mixing plants,taking the location of railway concrete mixing plants as the research object,a multi-criteria optimization model of railway concrete mixing plant location considering the preference of decision makers is constructed,Solve the problem of site selection and concrete order allocation of concrete mixing plant;construct the evaluation index system of decision-maker preference coefficient,determine the decision-maker preference coefficient in the model,so as to find the most optimal site plan.First,by summarizing and summarizing the relevant theories of railway concrete mixing plant site optimization,analyzing the operation process of railway concrete mixing plant,defining the content of railway concrete mixing plant site selection,and studying the principles and influencing factors of railway concrete mixing plant site selection.On this basis,for the green construction and sustainable development vigorously promoted by the state,the green objective function is introduced,the environmental cost in environmental economics is introduced,and the railway concrete mixing station is used as a temporary facility in railway construction.Quantified as environmental costs;for the information development of concrete mixing plants,add an information objective function,refer to the safety benefits in safety economics,and quantify the information goals as information benefits.Innovatively constructed a multi-criteria railway concrete mixing plant site optimization model covering the four-in-one "cost-distance-green-informatization".Second,considering the subjective initiative of the decision maker,the preference coefficient of the decision maker is introduced to give weight to the four sub-objective functions.Through the collation of a large number of documents and the actual investigation on the construction site,based on the principle of index selection,combined with the site selection model,preliminary determination of 26 site influencing factors;through the Likert scale,using a 5-point system,experts are asked to target 26 The index scores the importance of site selection,obtains a weighted average score based on the comprehensive academic ability of each expert,and selects the index by selecting the cluster limit value to obtain the final 17 criterion level indicators;based on the spearman correlation coefficient,A subjective weighting method and two objective weighting methods are selected to perform combined weighting to determine the preference coefficient of the decision maker.In the end,a multi-criteria railway concrete mixing plant location optimization model considering the preference of decision makers is formed,and a genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,an engineering example is selected,and the application of the railway concrete mixing plant site optimization model established in this paper is applied to verify the feasibility of this model in railway concrete mixing plant site selection and the effectiveness of its algorithm.It provides important theoretical support and practical ideas for the location optimization of railway concrete mixing station.
