| With the increasingly fierce competition in the rail transit equipment market,the production mode of key components of rail trains has changed from large batch,long cycle and single variety to small batch,short cycle,variety diversification and personalization.How to realize the high-performance precision manufacturing of key components of rail train is the key to ensure that enterprises can obtain advantages in the fierce market competition.However,the traditional processing technology scheme arrangement strategy alone can not meet the above needs.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out the research on knowledge map construction and process reasoning of key components of multi model and full spectrum rail trains.In this paper,a method of storing the complex manufacturing process information of key components of rail train in the form of knowledge map is proposed.Aiming at the repeated design of the processing process scheme of key components of multi model and full pedigree rail train,an intelligent process reasoning system is creatively built.The processing process scheme reasoning is realized by semantic similarity matching of target parts.The main research contents are as follows:According to the production and design characteristics of key parts of multi model full pedigree rail train,the research on vertical hierarchical classification and horizontal manufacturing information description was carried out,and the ontology tree and ontology relationship set of manufacturing information of key parts of train are given.On this basis,the knowledge fusion was carried out for the manufacturing information in different formats from different data sources,and the processing technology knowledge atlas of key components of multi model and full pedigree rail trains was built by using neo4 j diagram database.In order to solve the crux of the pedigree of rail train production mode and the cumbersome process of processing scheme preparation,CBR technology integrating knowledge atlas was adopted to realize the atlas expression of the process scheme design of key components of rail train,and a query subgraph that can use semantic relationship for matching query was constructed.Through the similarity evaluation and ranking of query results,the best matching example was obtained.After that,the example was used as the processing scheme of the target problem to determine the processing route,which effectively improves the efficiency and accuracy of the processing scheme design.Aiming at the practical production problems such as process information query and processing scheme design of key components of rail train,a manufacturing information process push system of key components of rail train embedded with processing process knowledge map was developed by combining software integrated development environment and cypher language,which realizes the functions of knowledge map visualization and efficient query of manufacturing information.The semantic similarity algorithm of knowledge map was used to obtain the process reasoning function of the system,which can recommend the appropriate processing scheme for the processing examples in the database,and automatically generate the processing process card.Therefore,using the research results of this paper can effectively improve the design efficiency of the processing scheme of key components of rail train on the premise of ensuring accuracy,significantly shorten the reasoning time of processing technology,and improve the bottleneck problem of processing knowledge acquisition.It plays a positive role in solving the process design problem in the hierarchical production of rail train parts and improving the manufacturing level of rail transit equipment in our country. |
